论网络环境下的图书馆咨询工作

A Discussion on Library Consulting Service in the Network Environment

文章探讨了网络环境下的图书馆咨询工作,对目前存在的网络环境状态、咨询服务的对象、咨询工作者的素养和咨询服务的方式作了论述。针对图书馆的咨询服务方式,文章提出把咨询的被动服务变为主动服务,让咨询工作者成为信息导航员,以求图书馆的咨询服务工作更有效率。

This paper probes into the library consulting service in the network environment and expounds on the status quo of the network environment, the object of consulting service, the quality of consulting service providers and the mode of consulting service. In line with the mode of library consulting service, it is opined that the passive consulting service of the library should be changed into the active one and consuiting service providers should be turned into information guiders so as to make library consulting service more efficient.
