基于PT/VVVF的异步电动机数字化控制系统

摘要 介绍了一种基于触摸屏和通用变压变频的数字化速度闭环控制系统。用触摸屏来实时监控系统、设定速度,通过 PLC 调节控制变频器,采用光电编码器完成速度检测。数字调节器采用了能兼顾动静态特性的增量式算法,同时给出了几种改进算法。给出了系统的软、硬件设计,介绍了系统的控制策略和工作原理。 This article introduces a digital closed-loop digital control system which is based on touch screen and general Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency (VVVF). Real-time supervising system and setting ,speed are realized by the touch screen, the.frequency converter is under the control of PLC and the speed detection is completed by photoelectric encoder. The digital controller adopts the i,cremental algorithm with static and dynamic characteristics. Some improved algorithms are also offered. The design to the ,system software and hardware are given and the control strategy and working principle are introduced also.
