This article introduces a digital closed-loop digital control system which is based on touch screen and general Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency （VVVF）. Real-time supervising system and setting ,speed are realized by the touch screen, the.frequency converter is under the control of PLC and the speed detection is completed by photoelectric encoder. The digital controller adopts the i,cremental algorithm with static and dynamic characteristics. Some improved algorithms are also offered. The design to the ,system software and hardware are given and the control strategy and working principle are introduced also.
