Development of the Universal Overturning Platform for Box Welding

针对箱体焊接焊缝变位问题,开发制造了箱体焊接万向翻转台。从原理设计到整个机构设计,最终实现了该设备一次装卡全方位焊缝变位。

Aimed at the problem of the box welding seam displacement, a universal overturning plaform for box welding is developed and manufactured. The paper introduces the device about its principle designs and mechanism designs, and it finally realizes the once installation for omnibearing weld seam displacement.
