经单鼻孔蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤 被引量：5

摘要 1987年Griffith和Veerapen首先报道了经单鼻孔直接入路切除垂体腺瘤，由于操作简单，术后恢复快很快被各国医师采用。作者2003年6月至2007年1月采用单鼻孔蝶窦入路显微手术切除67例垂体腺瘤，现报告如下。
