摘要
目的观察硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗３６例中、重度晚期肿瘤患者疼痛的效果。方法用硫酸吗啡缓释片１０～９０ｍｇ，口服，每１２ｈ１次，共１４天。结果硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中、重度癌痛有效率为９１％。５１％的患者提高了生活质量，但对神经侵犯性疼痛效果较差。主要不良反应为消化道症状。结论硫酸吗啡缓释片能有效地减轻癌痛。
PURPOSE To observe the efficacy of SRM Rhotard in the management of moderate or severe pain induced by cancer. METHODS 36 patients,male 20,female 16;age range 52±12a,dose 10 to 90mg per os q12h for 14 days. RESULTS The follow up study revealed that there was cancer pain relief in 91% and improved quality of life in 51% of the treated patients. CONCLUSIONS SRM Rhotard is satisfactory in the treatment of cancer pain.
