晶粒度对P91钢水蒸气氧化性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 在自制的水蒸气氧化装置中,对两种具有不同金相组织的P91钢进行了水蒸气等温氧化试验,结果表明,氧化动力学曲线具有抛物线特征.在650℃和300 h的氧化试验后,粗晶粒P91钢的氧化增重明显高于细晶粒钢.对表面氧化膜进行了形貌观察、能谱分析和X射线衍射试验.讨论了晶粒度对P91钢水蒸气氧化性能的影响. Two types of P91 steel with different microstructure were oxidized at 650℃ in water vapor for 300 hours in a home-made tubing device. Morphologies observation, EDS and XRD test were carried out with the oxide scales. Isothermal oxidation results showed that the oxidation kinetics of the two steels followed parabolic law. P91 steel with coarser grains exhibited higher mass gain than steel with finer grains. The effects of grain size on water vapor oxidation resistance were discussed.
