摘要
通过对典型爆口试件的垢成分分析、化学水汽样品分析和金相分析,结合机组运行期间的水汽品质分析,分别从化学和金相两个切入点探讨了锅炉发生爆管的原因,并针对发生酸腐蚀的原因提出了相应的处理措施,机组目前的运行情况证明这些措施是有效的.
The composition of scales on tile internal surface of waterwall tubes, the quality of water and steam (including the on-line monitoring) ,the microstrueture of the burst tube were analyzed. An accordant conclusion was obtained through chemical analysis and metallographie analysis that the burst of waterwall tubes was induced by acidic corrosion. Corresponding proposals were given to prevent acid corrosion. The proposals have been proved to be effective.
