摘要
近些年来,美国针对教师预备和学前教育事业的质量与收益问题进行了许多研究,但是研究结果并不一致,存在两种似乎相互矛盾的研究结论:一种认为教师预备与学前教育事业的质量和收益之间不存在一贯的联系,而另一种结论则恰恰相反,认为教师预备对学前教育的收益有着重要影响。本文将对美国近年有关教师预备与学前教育收益研究的现状进行介绍,并对造成这两种不同研究结论的原因进行分析。
Recent many studies in U.S about teachers' preparation and early childhood education outcome have lead to different conclusions. Some studies do not find consistent relationships between teachers' preparation (e.g. teacher degree, major, and certification) and early childhood education outcome. But others studies find that teachers' preparation does matter for early childhood education outcome. This paper wants to introduce these studies and analysis these different conclusions.
