摘要 研究了注射挥发性麻醉药对动物的效应。在小鼠,乙醚的催眠ED50是5.35(sc)和1.62(ip)ml/kg;LD50是13.7(sc)和2.32(ip)ml/kg。甲氧氟烷的ED50为0.75(ip)和4.12(im)ml/kg;LD50为1.23(ip)和5.81(im)ml/kg。ip氟烷的ED50和LD50分别是1.20和1.94ml/kg,ip安氟醚的ED50和LD50分别是3.01和7.50ml/kg。在兔,甲氧氟烷、氟烷和安氟醚静注的催眠ED50分别为0.030、0.036和0.064ml/kg。这些结果提示,动物注射挥发性麻醉药肯定能引起麻醉,但给人注射挥发性麻醉药是否可行,尚需进一步探讨。 Effects of volatile anasthetics injection were studied in animals. The hypnotic ED 50 of diethyl ether(DE) was 5 35ml/kg(sc) and 1 62ml/kg(ip). The LD 50 of DE was 13 7ml/kg(sc) and 2 32ml/kg(ip) in mice. The ED 50 of methoxyflurane (M) was 0 75ml/kg(ip) and 4 12ml/kg(im). The LD 50 of M was 1 23ml/kg(ip) and 5 81ml/kg(im) in mice. The ED 50 of fluothane (F) was 1 20ml/kg(ip). The LD 50 of F was 1 94ml/kg(ip) in mice. The ED 50 of enflurane (E) was 3 01ml/kg(ip). The LD 50 of E was 7 50ml/kg in mice. The hypnotic ED 50 of F, M and E was 0 030,0 036 and 0 064ml/kg in rabbits respectively. These results suggest that whether volatile anesthetics injection can produce anesthesia in man needs to be studied further.
