随着世界各国经济、文化发展的一体化进程，国际交流变得越来越频繁。高级翻译及同传的培养逐渐成为我国各高校外语专业教学中一个人们越来越关注的话题。本文中笔者仅就有关同传特点和同传译员培养的问题谈一点个人的观点，希望能对我国外语的同传教学起到一定的促进作用。

As the global economy and culture integration progresses,the international communication becomes increasingly frequent. Advanced translation and simultaneous interpretation have gradually become a heated topic among China＇s foreign language institutes, This article presents the author＇s personal views on the features of simultaneous interpretation and the training of simultaneous interpreters in an attempt to throw much light on its pedagogical application.
