基质金属蛋白酶系统与卵巢生殖周期中的组织重建 被引量:2

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其天然组织型抑制物TIMPs是调节许多生理和病理过程中细胞外基质有序降解和重塑的重要分子。在卵巢的一个生殖周期中,从卵泡的发育成熟、排卵到黄体的形成和退化以及卵泡闭锁都受到MMPs/TIMPs家族的精确调控。文章就MMPs家族在卵巢生殖周期中的功能和调控作一综述,并简要介绍MMPs系统与多囊卵巢综合征发病关系的研究进展。
