产奶量对乳中c9,t11CLA含量和乳腺△^9-去饱和酶指数的影响 被引量:1

Effect of milk yield on c9,t11 conjugated linoleic acid content in milk fat and △~9-Desaturase index of mammary gland from holstein dairy cows

摘要 以北方荷斯坦奶牛为研究对象,研究产奶量对乳中c9,t11CLA含量的影响。选择饲喂同种饲料的235头健康荷斯坦奶牛,采集同一天的乳样,避免日粮和季节的影响。通过线性分析,探讨产奶量对乳中c9,t11CLA含量和乳腺△9-去饱和酶指数的影响。结果表明,奶牛产奶量与乳中c9,t11CLA含量和乳腺△9-去饱和酶指数的线性模拟发现,其R2值均小于0.01。结论:奶牛产奶量对乳中c9,t11CLA含量和△9-去饱和酶指数影响很小,所以想提高乳中共轭亚油酸含量,不需要考虑产奶量的不同。 Using lactating Holstein dairy cows in north China, the current analysis was to examine the relationships among RA content of milk and production variables. The milk samples of 235 lactating Holstein dairy cows in north China were detected. Holstein cows were fed a single diet and milk sampled on the same day to avoid confounding effects of diet and season. The modeling, linear equation was conducted to investigate the effect of milk production and the c9, t11 CLA content of milk, the △^9-desaturase indexes of the mammary gland. In the modeling linear equation between milk yield and the c9, t11 CLA content of milk, the △^9-desaturase indexes of the mammary gland of the 235 lactating Holstein dairy cows, the values of R^2 all were found less than 0.01. The results suggested that milk yield had minimal or no effect on c9, t11 CLA content of milk or △^9-desaturase index (R^2 values all 〈0.01). Therefore, when designing to increase c9, t11 CLA content of milk, differences in milk yield do not need to be considered.
