摘要
乳杆菌作为重要的益生菌已经被广泛地应用于食品及饮料加工业。利用分子生物学技术可改造乳杆菌的性状,改善其工业特性,满足生产需要。但相对于大肠杆菌,乳杆菌基因工程尚处于起步阶段。由于乳杆菌自身含有很多质粒,因此可以自身质粒为基础构建克隆载体或表达载体。主要介绍了乳杆菌质粒概况以及质粒基因工具的发展概况,并展望了乳杆菌质粒基因工具的发展前景。
Lactobacilli have been applied in food and drink industry as important probiotic strains. The characteristics of lactobacilli can be changed by molecular biology to improve industry traits, aiming to meet production requirements. But compared to Escherichia coli, genetic engineering of lactobacilli is in exploiting phase. Lactobacilli generally appear to contain multiple plasmids, so the plasmid can be potentially constructed useful genetic tools for different applications in lactobacilli. The purpose of this review is to introduce the plasmid in lactobacilli and the development of plasmid genetic tools.
