摘要
研究了磨菇多糖（Ｌｅｎｔｉｎａｎ）抑制肿瘤生长和免疫调节作用。结果表明：磨菇多糖对小鼠肉瘤Ｓ１８０有较强的抑瘤作用，在体内可明显促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率，增强小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性和腹腔巨噬细胞的杀伤活性。提示磨菇多糖可刺激机体免疫系统，激发机体的抗肿瘤机制，具有明显的抗肿瘤效应。
In the study, we demonstrated the antitumor effect of Lentinan in murine implanted sarcoma S180 Lentinan could significantly increase the lymphacyte transformation rate and induce the tumoricidal activities of natural killer cells and peritoneal macrophages in vivo The results indicated that the function of Lentinan to sti mulate the immune system correlated with its antitumor activity
