摘要
The proposition of the Scientific Outlook on Development and the goal of constructing harmonious society is the great achievement of emancipating mind.Constructing harmonious society requires emancipating the mind further.We need to realize not only the necessity and importance of the transformation of development model,but also the rebuilding of governance system.The innovation of governance system should become the institutional orientation of emancipating the mind under the context of constructing harmonious society.The motive forces of emancipating the mind come from the internal and external environmental conditions of socio-economic development,the accumulation,increasing and spreading of knowledge,especially social science knowledge,and the conscientious and evolution of human nature.Emancipating the mind needs the bravery of "open up a road with bloody fight" and even more institutional supports.
