胰腺癌nm23-H1 mRNA表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

EXPRESSION OF nm23 H1 mRNA IN HUMAN PANCREATIC ADENOCARCINOMA AND ITS CIINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法对27例胰腺癌及7例正常胰腺组织标本中nm23-H1mR-NA表达进行研究。结果表明:7例正常胰腺组织仅1例表达nm23-H1mRNA,占14.28%;27例胰腺癌标本中有19例表达nm23-H1,占70.25%。经χ2检验:nm23-H1mRNA表达与胰腺癌病理分级,临床分期及伴随局部淋巴结转移呈显著相关(P<0.05),nm23-H1mRNA表达可作为胰腺癌恶性程度及预后不良的生物学指标之一。 By using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) and southern blot technique, we studied the human nm23 H1 mRNA expression in normal pancreas and pancreatic adenocarcinoma tissues. It was found that nm23 H1 mRNA was expressed in 1 of 7(14 28%) normal pancreatic tissues. Where as 19 of 27(70 35%) pancreatic adenocarcinomas showed expression of nm23 H1 mRNA. Statistical analysis showed that nm23 H1 mRNA expression in pancreatic adenocarcinomas was related to lymph node metastasis ( P <0 05) and TNM staging ( P <0 05), and that the expression had negative correlation with the extent of histologic differentiation ( P <0 05). It is suggested that nm23 H1 mRNA expression was the prognostic factor for the patients with pancreatic adenocarcinomas.
