摘要
近年来,见有从体表和食管无创伤性记录窦房结电位(SNP)的报道,但由于技术上有一定难度,所测结果不尽相同且有争议。为此,我们采用自制三导心电微电位检测仪,其系统采样频率为2kHz,时间常数为0.2s,对人食管、体表和肢体窦房结电位进行同步信号叠加检测,并通过同步信号叠加对人食管和心内膜所记录的SNP、犬食管和心外膜所记录的SNP进行对比研究,证实经食管双极导联信号叠加能清晰准确地记录到SNP,且重复性好。
In this paper , low level siganls of sinus node was recoded by a bipolar esophageal lead two bipolar body surface leads in 106 patients. The detection system was made by ourselves. Its date acquisition rate of the system is 2KHz and A/D converter is 16 bit. Electric signals of three leads can be simultaneously analysed and then averaged. The analytic method for evaluating signal averaging recording from esophageal lead was compared to the methods of body surface leads. In order to verify the reality of sinus node potentials recorded by esophageal lead, electric activities of esophagus/sinus node area and right atrium are simultaneously recorded by intracardiac direct record method in man and in dog. The results showed that sinus node potentials can be directly,clearly and accurately recorded by signal averaging mothod of esophageal lead.
