碳氮比和氮源配比对玉米秸基质发酵效果的影响 被引量:17

摘要 以玉米秸粉为发酵原料,采用塔式发酵设备,以烘干鸡粪和尿素为添加氮源,控制发酵物料初始含水量为66%,研究了不同碳氮比(C/N)、不同氮源及配比对发酵基质矿质营养和主要理化性质的影响.结果表明,碳氮比越小、烘干鸡粪氮源添加量愈多,发酵高温出现的时间越早;烘干鸡粪添加量愈多,基质总体养分和有机质含量相对愈高;与草炭相比玉米秸基质存在盐分过高的问题,采用高碳氮比发酵是降低基质盐分含量的有效途径. The corn stalk substrate was produced with corn stalk by fermentation inside a cylinder tower under the follwing conditions:the nitrogen resource was dry chicken manure and urea and the water content of the fermented material was 66% at the beginning. The effect of different carbon-to-nitrogen ratios and different nitrogen resources on the mineral element content and physical and chemical properties of corn stalk substrate were studied. The lower the carbon-to-nitrogen chicken manure was added, the earlier the high temperature occurred. A manure was added,the higher was the the content of the total mutrients and ratio was and the more dry nd the more dry chicken the onganic material. The problem exisiting in the corn stalk substrate was that the content of salt was significantly higher than that in the peat. The efficient method to decrease the content of salt in corn stalk substrate was to adapt higher carbon-to-nitrogen ratios in fermentation.
