摘要
对抗、感叶枯病小麦品种不同生育时期叶部的附生和内生真菌区系进行了系统分析.结果表明,每个品种都有自己独特的叶部真菌区系,抗病和感病品种叶部附生真菌区系差异不大,但内生真菌区系组成则有明显不同,一般感病品种内生真菌种类多于抗病品种.研究结果还发现,小麦内生真菌种数明显多于附生真菌.小麦叶部内生真菌优势属主要为链格孢属(Alternaria spp.)、青霉属(Penicillum spp.)和曲霉属(Aspergillus spp.);附生真菌优势属多为木霉属(Trichoderma spp.)和镰刀菌属(Fusarium spp.).生育时期对小麦叶部真菌区系组成具有较大影响,随生育时期延长,叶部附生和内生的真菌种类也不断增多.
The leaf endophytic and adnascent fungiflora of wheat cultivars with different resistance to leaf blight was analyzed in different living-stages. The results indicate that there is a particular endophytic and adnascent fungiflora for every wheat cultivar. There isn' t huge difference in adnascent fungiflora between resistant and susceptible cultivars, but remarkable difference in endophytic fungiflora, and there are more endophytic species than adnascent ones. The dominant species Of the endophytic fungi of wheat leaves are Alternaria spp. , Penicillum spp. and Aspergillus spp. , but those of the adnascent fungi are Trichoderma spp. and Fusarium spp. Moreover, the composing of the endophytic and adnascent fungiflora is variational constantly in the different living-stage, and there are more and more species with the development of wheat leaf generally.
