摘要 针对APP改性沥青油毡在旧路面沥青混凝土加铺层间防裂中的应用还不广泛,许多研究尚不完善,尤其是力学分析较薄弱的情况,以徐州G104国道机场路改造工程为依托,首先详细解释了APP油毡的工作机理。然后采用有限元方法利用ANSYS软件建立了APP油毡层间防裂效果分析的计算模型,结合依托工程拟定计算参数,经比较分析确定了计算点位。最后全面系统地研究了在行车荷载、温度荷载及两者耦合作用下,APP油毡夹层对加铺层结构的最大主应力、最大剪应力、等效应力、弯沉差等主要控制开裂变量的影响,并推荐了APP油毡的最佳拉伸模量,以期为APP油毡层间防裂提供理论和工程应用的依据。 In the view that the application of atactic polypropylene (APP) modified linoleum is not widespread at road engineering, and the research is not perfect, especially the mechanics analysis is poor. Taking Xuzhou G104 National Trunk Highway airport road rebuild engineering as attaching project, the following works are carried out. firstly analysing the working theory of the APP linoleum, then adopting the finite element method with ANSYS software to set up calculation model for analysing the effect of anticrack between layers, drafting the calculation parameters linked with attaching project, defining the calculation points by comparing analysis, finally analysing systematically the effect of APP linoleum interlayer on the main variables controlling cracking of the overlay structure such as maximum principal stress, maximum shear stress, equivalent stress and flexure difference under vehicle load, temperature load and coupling load, and recommending the best tension modulus, It expects to supply the reference of theory and engineering application for APP linoleum interlayer anti-crack.
