摘要
本文构建了一个以信任为平台,以行为模式整合和价值观整合的互动为着力点,以制度约束、愿景引领、利益刺激和培训教育等激励和协调措施为动力的"陀螺"式动态旋转模型。希望该模型能为我国企业进行跨国并购文化整合提供一个系统的分析框架。
This paper establishes a screwy dynamic rotation model, which is based on trust of both Chinese company and foreign company, integrates mainly on both sides' patterns of behavior and values and the interaction of value and behavior, makes institutional constraints, vision-leadership, interest stimulating and training and so on as the stressing measures. The model is expected to provide an analysis framework for the cultural integration in cross-boarder M&A of Chinese enterprises.
