ZR-900-13W真空钎焊炉是我公司研制的新型真空钎焊炉。该设备采用多温区智能控温,具有控温精度高、温度均匀性和重复性好;具有手动/自动温度控制、多条热工曲线设定和存贮功能;配备大容量数据记录装置,为用户提供了历史数据的追忆等功能;采用新型石墨毡保温层结构,具有高温性能好,隔热效果好;采用外置式冷却装置,具有良好的冷却速度。本文介绍了该设备的性能、原理、组成及工作过程。并对结构特点及应用前景进行了说明。

The large-size ZR-900-13W resistance furnace we newly developed for vacuum brazing has the advantages as follows. With an intelligent temperature control system provided for multiple heating zones, the precision control, uniform temperature distribution and their reproducibilities are all available. The temperature control can be either manual or automatic, with several thermal data setting and store functions provided. It will provide users with retrospective search for historical data since a high-capacity data logging system is provided. Its new-type graphite felt insulating layer is highly durable to high temperature with favorable thermal insulating performance. Its proper cooling rate is due to the externally fixed cooling system. Describes the performance, operating principle, construction and working process of the furnace and its prospect of applications.
