摘要 目的:对蒲公英(TaraxacummongolicumHand.Mazz.)的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析进行分离,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定5个化合物,分别为β谷甾醇、咖啡酸、绿原酸、槲皮素和木犀草素7O葡萄糖苷。结论:5个化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents of Taraxacum mongolicum. METHODS: Compounds were separated by rechromatography on silical gel, and their structures were deterimined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Five known compounds were elucidated as β sitosterol, caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, quercetin, luteolin 7 O glucoside. CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, chlorogenic acid was not isolated from Taraxacum genus previously.
