乳腺康注射液中原儿茶醛含量的薄层扫描测定

Determination of protocatechuic aldehyde in Ruxiankang injection by TLC scaning

目的：测定乳腺康注射液中原儿茶醛的含量。方法：采用薄层扫描法。结果：原儿茶醛在浓度为１０．７８ｍｇ·ｍｌ－１～３．９０ｍｇ·ｍｌ－１范围内，其浓度与斑点峰面积呈线性关系；回收率为９８．８２％，ＲＳＤ＝０．０３６％。结论：方法简便快速，数据准确，可作为样品的检测方法。

OBJECTIVE: To separate and determine protocatechuic aldehyde in Ruxiankang injection. METHODS: A TLC scaning method was used. RESULTS: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.78 mg·ml -1 ～3.90 mg·ml -1 for protocatechuic aldehyde. The average recovery of protocatechuic aldehyde was 98.82% (RSD=0.036%). CONCLUSION: This method was found to be simple, quick and accurate for simultaneous determination of protocatechuic aldehyde in Ruxiankang injection.
