摘要
根据现代物流的发展特点及趋势,提出了物流工程专业人才应该具备的四种能力要求,即企业管理通用能力、物流系统规划与决策能力、物流流程管理与控制能力、物流装备与技术的应用与设计能力。在此基础上,从人文类、通用管理类、定量分析类、物流管理类、物流技术与装备类、系统集成设计类六个方面对物流工程专业培养体系进行了优化整合。
The paper puts forward four capabilities which the students in logistics engineering specialty should have and optimizes the education system of the specialty in six aspects including social science, general management, quantitative analysis, logistics management, logistics technology and equipment, systems integration and design.
