摘要
在对协同采购理论阐述的基础上,提出了一种基于二层规划的协同采购决策模型;以企业为上层决策者,主要供应商为下层决策者,构建了上下层间通过合作契约而共享资源的二层规划模型;采用遗传算法求解二层规划问题,最后给出一个算例。
Introducing the theory of collaborated procurement, the paper puts forward a collaborated procurement decision model based on bi-level programming which takes enterprise as decision maker of upper level and takes main supplier as the decision maker of lower level to establish a bi-level programming model that the upper and lower levels share the resources by a cooperative contract, and solves the bi-level programming problem with genetic algorithm.
