从供应链管理的产生与发展及面临的时代挑战入手,提出了实施供应链管理转变的几条措施:E代供应链;扩展供应链和集成供应链管理系统。
Starting from the generation, development and challenge of supply chain management, the paper advances several measures to promote the transformation of supply chain management, ie. electronic supply chain, expanded supply chain and integrated supply chain management system.
