摘要
目的探讨自发性疾病动物模型的中医证候属性,建立病证结合动物模型。方法通过对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)一般行为、易激惹程度、旋转耐受时间、痛阈、大小便状况、毛发色泽、毛发生长速度、体重、舌象、眼球突出度、眼结膜色度、血压、心率等指标的观察,并与正常鼠作对照,对早期SHR(14~18周龄)的中医证候属性进行了宏观表征及行为学的研究。结果SHR早期的血压有随周龄增长而逐渐上升之势,心率也较正常组明显偏高(P<0.05或P<0.01),并且易激惹程度增加,精神紧张,痛阈提高,旋转耐受时间降低,眼球明显突出,眼结膜色淡,体重减轻,毛色发黄而无光泽,毛发脱落较多,小便颜色偏黄,大便颗粒较小、质地较干,舌红等现象。结论SHR早期阶段(14~18周龄)的中医证候类似人类高血压肝火上炎证。
Objective To establish the disease-syndrome integrated animal models suitable for the studies of TCM through differentiating the property of TCM syndromes of spontaneous diseased animal models. Methods With the observation on general behaviors, irritable degree, turning endurance time, pain threshold, urine and stools, luster of hair, growing speed of hair, body weight, tongue condition, degree of eyeball protruding, conjunctiva chroma, blood pressure, heart rate, etc. of spontaneous hypertension rats (SHR) and the comparison with normal rats, the study was carried out on the macroscopic description of property of TCM syndrome of SHR (14-18 weeks of age) and their ethology. Results The blood pressure of SHR at the early stage tended to raise with age growing. Compared with the normal group, the heart rate of SHR rats was obviously quicker (P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). Increased irritability and pain threshold, stress, decreased turning endurance time, serious eyeball protruding, light colored conjunctiva, reduced weight, yel- lowish hair without luster, falling of hair, yellow urine, smaller and dry granules of stools, and red tongue, were found in SHR rats at early stage. Conclusion The property of TCM syndrome of SHR at the age of 14-18 weeks is similar to the syndrome of liver fire flaring-up of human.
