摘要 针对办公楼、学校等供暖场所采用的蓄热式电锅炉,提出一种新的控制方法。将模糊控制和PID控制相结合,以实现室内恒温控制和节能的目的。给出了系统的整体结构和模糊控制单元的硬件实现电路及其软件设计思路。系统的仿真结果表明,该系统实时性好、控制精度较高、鲁棒性强,较好地解决了室内温度控制问题。并充分利用电力部门的电价政策,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益,具有很好的发展和应用前景。 A new control strategy for heat storage electric boilers is put forward ; such boilers are commonly adopted in offices and school build- ings. The purposes of constant room temperature control and energy saving are implemented by combining fuzzy control and PID control. The overall structure of the system, the hardware circuit of fuzzy control unit, and design concept of the software are given. The result of simulation indicates that the system features good real-time performance, high control accuracy and robustness, and well reaches the goal for room temperature control. Moreover, the pricing policy of electricity issued by electric authority is also considered in the design, thus the outstanding social and economic effects are obtained; the system is significant in future development and application.
