ARM手持式仪器核心模块的设计与实现

摘要 介绍了基于ARM嵌入式系统的手持式仪器核心模块硬件、软件的设计与实现。由嵌入式CPU(S3C44B0XX)、SDRAM(HY57V641620HG)和Flash(28F320C3BA100)构成手持式仪器基本系统;由16位Σ-ΔA/D转换器AD7706作为主要测量部件;用160×160像素LCD图形显示器和CH452键盘电路实现人机对话;用专用电源芯片设计6路低功耗、高可靠电源;并为核心模块设计了通用功能函数。该模块的硬件软件具有通用性,现已用于手持式智能亮度计中。 The design and realization of the hardware and software for core module of the handheld instrument based on ARM embedded system are introduced. The basic system of the handheld instrument is composed of the embedded CPU ( S3C44BOXX) , SDRAM ( HY57V641620HG ) and Flash(28F320C3BA100) ; the 16 bit ∑-△A/D converter AD7706 is the major measuring part ; and the 160 × 160 pixel LCD graphic display and CH452 keyboard circuit work for man machine conversation. Six of the low consumption high reliable power supplies have been designed with dedicated power chip; and general functions are designed for core module. Both the hardware and software of the module are versatile ; the module has been used in handheld intelligent illuminometer.
