基于RTU技术的计量站远程监控系统

RTU Technology-based Remote Supervisory System for Metrology Stations

针对偏远计量站管理困难的问题,应用RTU技术通过无线通信和Internet相结合的方式对计量站生产系统进行远程监测。该系统主要由现场流量计、RTU和远程监控计算机组成。现场流量计和RTU之间通过标准的电流信号进行传输,RTU之间进行无线传输,中心控制室的RTU通过RS-485总线实现和监控计算机之间的通信,并接入Internet,从而实现对计量站生产系统的远程监控。

Aiming at the difficulties in managing remote metrology stations, by adopting RTU technology, a remote supervisory system is designed through the combination of wireless communication and Internet. The system is composed of field flowmeters, RTUs, and the remote supervisory computers. The standard current signals from field flowmeters are sent to RTUs, and wireless transmission is established between RTUs. Then the RTU in CCR communicates with the supervisory computer through RS-485 bus, thus connects to Internet. By this way, the remote supervision for production system of the metrology stations is implemented.
