摘要
目的用不同试验方法比较酸性氧化电位水杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验、流动浸泡杀菌试验和载体定量杀菌试验等三种方法进行了实验室观察。结果采用菌悬液与消毒剂的比例为1∶99进行悬液定量杀菌试验证明,酸性氧化电位水对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均作用0.5 min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用10min,平均杀灭对数值均达5.00以上;对白色念珠菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值达4.00以上。用流动浸泡杀菌试验证明,酸性氧化电位水对上述细菌及细菌芽孢杀灭对数值达到3.0以上所需作用时间与悬液法相同。用载体定量杀灭试验证明,酸性氧化电位水对金黄色葡萄球菌作用1.0 min和对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用10 min,平均杀灭对数值均达到3.0以上。结论酸性氧化电位水在清洁和增加其用量的条件下,具有良好的杀菌效果。
Objective To compare the bactericidal efficacy of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water by different test methods. Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test, flowing soak germicidal test, and carrier quantitative germicidal test were compared in the laboratory. Result The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus , Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans exposed to acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water for 0.5 min were 〉 5.00, 〉 5.00, 〉 4.00 respectively, and that of spores ofBaciUus subtilis var. niger exposed to it for 10min, were also 〉3.00 by suspension quantitative germicidal test. When the flowing soak germicidal test was taken, the killing efficacies of all tested microorganisms to acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water were as good as former tests. By carrier quantitative germicidal test, the average killing rate of S. aureus , spores ofB. subtilis var. niger were also 〉3.00, while they exposed to acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water for 1.0 min and 10 min respectively. Conclusion The acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water has a good germicidal efficacy, when it's in enough concentration and clean environment conditions.
