摘要
目的观察新标准紫外线杀菌灯对不同微生物杀灭效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法进行实验室观察。结果辐射强度为110μW/cm2的30 W石英紫外线杀菌灯下方垂直距离1 m中心处照射30 min,对玻片上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的平均杀灭对数值均>3.00;照射120 min,对玻片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值>3.00。用该紫外线灯照射180 min,对玻片上乙型肝炎表面抗原平均灭活S/N值为83.28;照射7.5 min,对玻片上脊髓灰质炎病毒的平均灭活对数值>4.00。在20 m3气雾室内悬挂1支紫外线灯照射15 min,对空气中人工污染的白色葡萄球菌的消除率为100%;在20 m2房间内悬挂2支紫外线灯照射30 min,对空气中自然菌平均消除率为94.50%。结论新标准石英紫外线杀菌灯对载体上污染的细菌繁殖体、细菌芽孢和病毒都有比较强的灭活效果,对载体上乙型肝炎表面抗原灭活作用较低。
Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of new standard UV germicidal lamp on different microbiology. Method Carrier quantitative germicidal test method was used to observe the germicidal efficacy. Result After exposure to new standard UV germicidal lamp with radiation intensity of 110 μW/cm^2 at the undersurface 1 m position for 30 min, the average killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa on glass carrier were all higher than 3.00; after exposure to it for 120 min, the average killing logarithm value of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on glass carrier was higher than 3.00. After exposure to it for 180min, the average S/N value of HBsAg was 83.28 ; After exposure to it for 7.5 min, the average killing logarithm value of poliovirus on glass carrier was higher than 4.00. In 20 m^3 room, with one UV germicidal lamp irradiating for 15 min, the killing rate of Staphylococcus albus in the air was 100% ; in 20 m^2 room with two UV germicidal lamps irradiating for 30 min, the killing rate of natural bacterial was 94.50%. Conclusion New standard UV germicidal lamp had stronger germicidal efficacy of vegetative form of bacteria, bacterial spore and virus on glass carrier, but less germicidal efficacy of HBsAg.
