四种抗菌产品抑菌作用的实验室观察

LABORATORY OBSERVATION ON THE BACTERIOSTASIS OF FOUR ANTIBACTERIAL PRODUCTS

目的了解不同抗菌产品的抗菌能力,以便提供实际使用数据。方法采用抑菌环试验方法,对4种抗菌产品进行了抗菌效果测定。结果含醋酸氯己定与中药成分的妇菌清、纯中药成分的玉美丹洗剂和清平膏对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌均有抑菌作用,平均抑菌环直径范围分别为金黄色葡萄球菌为7.4mm^17.3mm、大肠杆菌为7.8mm^14.6mm、白色念珠菌为7.2 mm^18.7 mm。舒奇洁生态液抑菌作用较差,其对白色念珠菌无抑菌作用;妇菌清抑菌作用最强。结论本研究4种抗菌产品均显示出不同程度抑菌作用,其中以含醋酸氯己定的制剂抑菌效果最好。

Objective In order to know the antibacterial ability of various antibacterial products, so as to provide data for practical application. Methods The bacterial inhibition ring test was used to determine antibacterial effect of four antibacterial products. Result All three products, Fujunqing containing Chinese herbal medicine and chlorhexidine acetate, Yumeidan lotion containing pure Chinese herbal medicine and Qingping cream containing pure Chinese herbal medicine, had bacteriostasis on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans . The range of average inhibition ring diameter was as follows ： S. aureus was 7.4 mm - 17.3 mm, E. coli was 7.8 mm- 14.6 mm and C. albicans was 7.2 mm 18.7 mm. The antibacterial effect of Shuqijie ecological liquid was poor, it had no inhibitory effect on C. albicans. However, Fujunqing presented the strongest antibacterial ability. Conclusion Four antibacterial products in this test displayed bacteriostasis at different extent, the product containing chlorhexidine acetate was the best.
