摘要
目的观察活化时间与活化剂用量对二氧化氯杀菌效果的影响。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行实验室研究。结果二氧化氯原液加入活化剂活化时间由1 min延长到5 min,含二氧化氯63 mg/L的稀释液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭率由91.10%增加到100%;活化时间由1 min增加到20 min,含二氧化氯63 mg/L的稀释液对黑曲霉菌平均杀灭率由91.57%增加100%。在二氧化氯原液中加入活化剂的量由体积分数5%增加到20%,含二氧化氯42 mg/L的稀释液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭率由89.40%增加到99.98%;当活化剂用量增加到30%时,杀菌效果即不再增加。结论在试验设定的范围内,二氧化氯加入活化剂随活化时间延长或活化剂用量增加,其杀菌效果增强。
Objective To observe the effective of activating conditions on germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test method was used to carry out laboratory study. Results The killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis vat. niger exposed to 63 mg/L chlorine dioxide changed from 91.10% to 100% when the activating time prolonged from 1 min to 5 rain in the original disinfectant. The killing rate of Aspergillus niger in suspension exposed to this solution was increased from 91.57% to 100% when the activating time changed from 1 rain to 20 min. When the dosage of activator changed from 5% to 20%, the sporicidal efficacy of the solution containing 42 mg/L chlorine dioxide increased from 89.40% to 99.98%. However, when the quantity of activating agent reached to 30% , no more bacteri- cidal effect was observed. Condusions The germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide can be enhanced by prolonging the activating time and increasing the quantity of activating agent in a certain range.
