西宁地区十七所二级以上医院感染管理现状

ADMINISTRATION SITUATION ON NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION OF 17 HOSPITALS ABOVE CLASS Ⅱ IN XINING DISTRICT

目的评价西宁地区二级以上医疗机构医院感染管理现状,提出具体改进措施,以提高感染管理水平。方法采用现场检查与问卷调查方法,对西宁地区二级以上医院进行了调查。结果所调查的十七所医院中,医院感染管理专职人员共29人,其中具有高级技术职称人员5名,具有本科学历人员5名,来自医生岗位的人员5人。医院感染专业人员中,护士占75.86%;仅有5人医生。29名医院感染管理专职人员中,接受全国医院感染培训基地培训的有19人,占总数的65.52%。在调查的医院中,有80%医院口腔科配备了快速压力蒸汽灭菌设备,口腔科医护人员标准防护知晓率不到80%。医院内镜室有50%以上布局、流程不合理,内镜附件只进行消毒而达不到灭菌要求。有少数医院供应室布局不合理,清洁与污染路线交叉。结论西宁地区二级以上医院感染管理组织基本健全,管理职能不够完善,灭菌设备投入不足,专职人员知识水平参差不齐,有待于加强管理和完善制度。

Objective To survey the nosocomial infection situation of hospitals above class Ⅱ in Xi＇ning district, in order to enhance the nosocomial infection management level, put forward specific improvement measures. Method Worksite checking and questionnaire surveying were made in the hospitals above class II. Result There-are 29 specific management people in 17 hospitals, 5 of them were senior professionals, 5 had bachelors degree educations, 5 were from doctor＇s post, and 22 people （75.86%） were from nurse＇s post. There were 19 people （65.52%） accepted national nosocomial infection training. It was found in this survey, that 80% hospital dentistry departments had autoclave rapid disinfecting equipment, the fight answer rate to standard protecting knowledge was less than 80% in professionals, more than 50% hospital endoscope department design and work program were unreasonable, accessories of endoscope was not sterilized. Cross course could be seen in some hospitals occasionally. Conclusion The administration organization of nosocomial infection in hospitals above class Ⅱ was basically healthiness in Xining. But some unsound management, shortage of sterilizing equipment, and training should be improved further.
