摘要
作者介绍了一种汽车工业滤纸浸渍乳液的制备方法。以丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、硅烷偶联剂和交联型功能单体为主要原料,采用单体预乳化乳液聚合工艺,合成了滤纸浸渍乳液。讨论了单体的选择及配比、硅烷偶联剂、乳化剂对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:软硬单体丙烯酸丁酯与苯乙烯的最佳配比为(0.35~0.47):1;硅烷偶联剂和乳化剂的最佳用量分别为总单体量的0.68%~0.93%、0.45%。制得的乳液粒径细腻、固含量高、黏度适中、稳定性好、综合性能优异。
This paper introduces a preparation method of automotive industry filter paper impregnated emulsion. The filter paper impregnated emulsion was prepared with main raw materials of butyl acrylate, styrene, methacrylic acid, silane coupling agent and crosslinking functional monomer, by monomer pre - emulsified and emulsion polymerization method. The impact of the choice and proportioning of monomers, silane coupling agent, emulsifier on emulsion performance has been discussed. The results showed that the best proportioning of soft monomer of butyl acrylate and hard monomer of styrene is (0.35 -- 0.47 ) : 1. The best dosage of silane coupling agent and emulsifier is total monomer's 0.68% -- 0.93% and 0.45% respectively. The prepared emulsion is of delicate particle size ,high solid content ,moderate viscosity ,good stability and excellent comprehensive performance.
