摘要
配气凸轮机构是发动机的重要部件,凸轮轮廓曲线的设计至关重要。为获得高的进排气效率,可建立以丰满系数为目标函数的数学模型;另外,基于凸轮机构的工作特点,表面磨损是它的主要失效形式,可依此建立第二目标函数。文中讨论了配气凸轮机构中凸轮轮廓曲线的多目标函数数学建模问题。
Gas distribution cam mechanism is the important component part of an engine ; the design of cam contour curve is of the utmost importance. For the sake of enhancing the efficiency of gas inlet and outlet, the mathematical model that takes the plentitude coefficient as the target function may be established. In addition, based on the working characteristics of cam mechanism, the surface wear is its main failure mode; the second target function can be accordingly established. The mathematical modeling problems of muhi-target function were discussed in this paper on the cam contour curve in the gas distribution cam mechanism.
