摘要
提出了一种新型变阻尼变刚度的混合磁悬浮隔振系统,利用等效磁路法计算了混合磁悬浮系统的电磁作用力,并分析了所实施的主动反馈控制系统性能。分析表明,主动控制作用下的隔振系统具有可控的刚度和阻尼特性,同时与其他电磁结构比较,其是一种隔振功耗很小的隔振系统。文中介绍了基于DSP的主动控制隔振试验,并分析了在隔振系统中各控制参数对隔振效果和控制的阶跃响应性能的影响。结果表明,这是一种在各频率上均具有很好隔振效率的隔振系统,具有广泛的应用前景。
A kind of new typed variable damping and variable rigidity mixed magnetic suspension vibration isolation system has been put forward, by the use of equivalent magnetic circuit method the electromagnetic acting force of the mixed magnetic suspension system was calculated and the being implemented property of initiative feedback controlling system was analyzed. The analysis indicated that the vibration isolation system under the action of initiative control possesses controllable rigidity and damping characteristics; at the same time by comparing with other electromagnetic structure it was a kind of vibration isolation system with very small vibration isolative power consumption. In this paper the DSP based initiative controlling vibration isolation test was introduced ; and the influence of each controlling parameter in the vibration isolation system on the vibration isolation effect and on the controlled step response capability. The result indicated that this is a kind of vibration isolation system all with good vibration isolation efficiency on various frequency bands and possesses broad application foreground.
