摘要 针对国际标准ISO10823—2004《滚子链传动选择指导》中链条额定功率曲线的重大变化,以A系列精密滚子链为例,等效建立了与ISO10823—1996标准试验条件一致的额定功率曲线,进一步给出了04C^36A规格链条由疲劳限定的额定功率曲线最高点的解析表达式。对比分析表明,无论是链条的承载能力,还是小链轮转速均较以往有较大幅度的提高,特别是对大规格链条提升得更多,讨论了链条耐磨性能试验规范的变化规律。 Directed against the significant change on the rated power curve of the international standard ISO 10823--2004《Guidelines for the selection of roller chain drives》, the rated power curve that coincident with the test conditions of ISO 10823--1996 was established equivalently. The analytical expression was further presented for the highest point of rated power curve restricted by fatigue of the 04C - 36A specified chain. The comparison analysis showed that no matter the carrying capacity of chain or the rotation speed of small chain wheel were all heightened by rather big amplitudes then before and raised much more especially for the large sized chains. Variation rules of the experiment criterion on the wear-resisting capability of chain were discussed.
