酒精生产企业废水处理工艺的评价与优化 被引量:7

摘要 酒精生产企业大多以玉米、谷类为原料,副产物为饲料,所排放废水属于高浓度有机废水,污染严重。其处理方法多为厌氧/好氧生化,厌氧技术处理效率高,运行费用低,但对废水的预处理要求较高。介绍了酒精生产废水的来源及水质情况,以某酒精厂为实际案例,分析了该厂废水处理设施存在的问题及原因,提出了气浮/UASB/CASS组合工艺,结果表明改进后的工艺运行稳定,处理效果好,可为同类企业的废水处理提供借鉴。 Maize and cereal are raw material of alcohol production enterprises and the byproduct is used as feed. The discharged wastewater is a high-concentration organic wastewater and causes serious pollution. The used treatment method is anaerobic/aerobic biochemical process. The anaerobic technology has high treatment efficiency and low operation cost, but needs a strict pretreatment of wastewater. The source and quality of alcohol production wastewater were presented. Taking an alcohol plant for example, the existing problems of wastewater treatment facilities of the plant and the reasons were analyzed, and the combined process of air flotation, UASB and CASS was put forward. The results indicate that the improved process has stable operation and good treatment efficiency, providing reference for wastewater treatment in similar enterprises.
