摘要
对江津市几江污水处理厂污泥脱水过程中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了改造储泥池进泥方式的思路和措施。运行结果表明,该措施可大幅提高储泥池出泥浓度和降低污泥脱水过程中的电耗、絮凝剂耗量及泥饼含水率,节省运行费用。
The problems existing in sludge dewatering in Jijiang Wastewater Treatment Plant of Jiangjin City were analyzed, and the idea and measures for reconstructing the sludge flowing mode into the sludge storage tank were put forward. The operation results show that the measures can improve sludge storage capacity, reduce electricity consumption in sludge dewatering, flocculants consumption and water content of sludge cake, and save operation cost.
