Determination of BrO_3^- and Br^-in Water by Ion Chromatography/Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用离子色谱—电感耦合等离子体质谱联用法分析了水中溴酸根和溴离子的含量,对流动相、进样量和干扰因素进行了研究。试验表明,以IonPacAS14柱为分离柱、30mmol/L的(NH4)2CO3为淋洗液,当流速为1mL/min、进样量为1mL时,该方法对BrO3-和Br-的检测限(MDL)分别为0.12、0.21μg/L,回收率分别为96.0%、100.8%,相对标准偏差分别为3.71%、2.72%。 Ion chromatography/inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to analyze BrO3^- and Br^- in water, and the flow phase, sample injection volume and disturbance factors were studied. The test shows that when IonPac AS14 analytical column, 30 mmol/L (NH4 )2CO3 eluent, 1 mL/min flow rate and 1 mL sample injection volume are used, the method detection limits of BrO3^- and Brare 0.12 μg/L and 0.21 μg/L, the recoveries are 96.0% and 100.8% , and the RSDs are 3.71% and 2.72% respectively.
