师生的交往活动是校园人群伦理关系的生成基础,是构成校园文化的重要内容。主体间的交往关系具有道德理性的内涵,并受一定伦理规范的导引和约束。从伦理维度探讨对话教学的意义,旨在对多元主体的交往活动及其与个体发展的关系进行伦理思考、道义判断和价值确认。对话教学缺失伦理价值诉求,会阻断主体间的心理联系和回应路径,导致主体的非和谐发展和精神的片面性建构。对话教学彰显平等互惠的伦理价值,体现的是以人为本的教育德性。

The interaction between teachers and students is the production foundation of campus group ethical relations. It constitutes the ,important content of campus culture. Subject relations contain moral rational factors, and are guided and restricted by certain ethical standards. From the ethical angle, the study on meaning construcion of Dialogue Teaching aims at researching the relationship between the multi-subject＇s contact and its development, judging morality and justice, and identifying values. Without ethics, Dialogue Teaching will break the subject＇s psychological connection and its feedback, lead to the subject＇s unbalanced development and insufficient cultural construction and production. One has the right to be concerned and get the positive reaction. Dialogue Teaching shows equal and double-win ethical values and manifests the nature of humanistic education.
