随着科技的不断进步,腹腔镜胃癌根治术应运而生,但是也面临肿瘤根治性、术中转移、大范围推广和卫生经济学等一些问题。客观看待腹腔镜胃癌根治术的不足之处,通过开展多中心随机对照试验、加强基础和临床研究、循序渐进普及新技术等一系列措施解决所面临的问题,在实践中不断完善新技术,给胃癌患者带来更多福音。

With the development of science and technology, laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer came into existence. However, a series of problems may arise, such as radical resection of tumor,peroperative metastasis, health economics and so on. It＇s proposed that we cast an objective eye upon the weakness of the technique. New techniques can be improved by a series of measures, for instance evolving multi--center randomized controlled clinical trial, strengthening foundation and clinical research, popularizing new technical step by step and so on. Patients with gastric cancer can get more benefit through developing this new technique in practice.
