摘要
在牙周术区局部应用生长因子等生物调解剂以促进再生的疗法,已经得到了牙周病学界的相当重视。目前的临床研究已经证实了釉基质蛋白(EMPs)与牙周再生治疗联合应用的良好效果。但关于EMPs生物学作用的分子机制仍未阐明。EMPs和生长因子等各种刺激使细胞产生增殖分化等应答反应,这些反应通过应答分子的表达和/或激活来调节,构成了信号传导通路。本文将釉基质蛋白对细胞信号传导影响的研究现状作一综述。
Local application of biologic regulator in operating area to promote regeneration has become a burning topic in the periodontological domain. Enamel matrix proteins have been demonstrated satisfactory effect in the periodontal regeneration studies. However, the precise mechanism of the biological function is still indefinite. Various responds such as proliferation and differentiation induced by stimulus is regulated by the expression and/or activation of response factors, which constitute the signal transduction pathway.
