摘要
基于核磁共振技术的代谢组学是近年发展起来的一种新的组学技术。作为系统生物学的一部分,代谢组学主要利用生物体液的核磁共振谱提供生物体内全部小分子代谢物的丰富信息。下面就当前基于核磁共振技术的代谢组学研究的数据采集、数据分析中所采用的技术及其在生物体的生理变化、疾病诊断等领域的应用作一综述,并对代谢组学的发展作一展望。
1H-nuclear magnetic resonance (IH-NMR) based metabonomics and pattern recognition analysis(PRA) as an important component of global systems biology is a new emerging “omic” technology in recent years. The 1H-NMR spectra provides a wealth of metabolites information in biofluid, PRA can be used to reduce the large biological information and identified the characteristic metabolite from the complex data. This paper reviews ap- proaches of 1H-NMR-based metabonomics commonly application for life sciences. It briefly introduces the techni- cal flat-roof of metabonomic and the application in the fundamental biology, physiology, pathology, nutriology, and clinical diagnosis of disease.
