摘要
背面含有加强肋(用铝焊钉固定在铝单板背面)的铝单板金属幕墙承受垂直于板面的均布荷载时,加强肋的布置及在加强肋固定周围分布着较大的集中应力,显著影响着金属幕墙的承载能力及其加强肋的稳固性。目前国内对于此方面的研究尚不多见,本文利用有限元方法求解加强肋的布置及在加强肋固定周围的最大应力,讨论了加强肋的布置对于铝单板承载能力的影响,为金属幕墙的设计提供理论依据。
When loaded with lateral pressures, the solid aluminum panel that has the stiffening rib on his back possesses relatively large concentrating stresses around points where the stiffening rib is rooted. The stress distribution around points affects the bearing capacity of the metal curtain wall greatly. Now studies about the content are few at home. The paper calculates the maximum stresse around points of the solid aluminum panel that has the stiffening rib on his back with finite element method , and discusses the effect of stiffening rib how that is disposed on the bearing capacity. Theoretical advices are offered for design.
