摘要
食品业的发展源于农产品的发展。日本农副产品生产、加工和流通一体化的成功经验,已影响到现今日本的食品业,并推动和促进了日本民族膳食体系的形成。本文介绍了日本农产品生产、加工和流通体制的现状和经验,并说明现代化农业和一体化生产与食品业发展相互间的关系;其模式和经验可以对我国食品业的发展产生有益的影响。
The successful development of the food industry in Japan depends a united system of agricultural products production, processing and distribution, together with the contribution of high technology. The formation of its food system is also promoted. Here we introduce the system to work as a guideline for the China food industry.
