国外信息资源共建共享研究现状及发展趋势

The Status Quo and Trends of Foreign Research on Co-Construction and Sharing of Information Resources

自人类社会产生图书馆起就开始了资源共享的实践。回顾国外信息资源共建共享研究的发展历程,发现国外没有与"共建共享"直接相对应的概念,其研究集中反映在对"资源共享"的研究中,研究内容包括图书馆合作、合作馆藏发展、图书馆网络、图书馆联盟和数字图书馆。国外信息资源共建共享研究呈现以下发展趋势:信息资源共建共享的客体将从传统资源转向电子资源;图书馆合作范围将进一步拓宽;图书馆联盟将成为信息资源共建共享的重要组织形式。

Since the emergence of the library in human society, people have started the practice of sharing resources. Recalling the development of foreign research on sharing of information resources, the author doesn＇t find any concept directly corresponds to ＂co-construction and shadng＂.Their study mainly focus on ＂sharing of resources＂, including cooperation between libraries, cooperative collection development, the library network, library consortium and the digital library. The foreign study shows the following trends： the object of co-construction and sharing of information resources converts from traditional resources to electronic resources; the library will further broaden the scope of cooperation; the library consortium will become an important organizational form of co-construction and sharing information resources.
